Biography

PLATFORM: NYSSPA AAPA DELEGATE
I have been involved for many years as a volunteer NYSSPA Board Member and Delegate to the AAPA, years which have seen many successes in the PA Profession at the state and national level. Opportunities have never been as great nor have the stakes been as high. My volunteer, clinical, academic and administrative career has given me the knowledge, experience and relationships to represent NYSSPA and its members moving forward. I have worked in clinical medicine, academic medicine, inpatient and outpatient hospital operations and Ambulatory Surgery fostering skill sets to advance PA utilization and  integration in all of these areas.  Most recently I have been involved with the AAPA and the American College of Healthcare Executives in an effort to enhance opportunities for PA's in healthcare administration and to educate hospital administrators and others on the quality, economic and patient satisfaction  benefits of PA Practice.

I thank you in advance for your support of my candidacy.
